The question which we come across very often: "Is it really required to buy a stand?" So there are two reasons to buy a shaving stand:
1) Resting your shaving gear properly: Drying on a stand is really very beneficial for the life of your shaving brush while it is not that much essential for your razor.
2) Pleasing your eyes everytime you look at your shaving gear and motivating you to shave. It is not a pyhsical benefit here. But it is good for the soul...

All stands are physically tried with all brushes; so you can comfortably proceed with the stand you like if it appears in "accessories" section of your shave brush.
