The Parker Variant SC Adjustable is one the company’s newest offerings, launched in 2017, quickly loved amongst the traditional wet shaving communities. It’s a 2-piece adjustable design, where you can turn the knob on the bottom of the handle to adjust the shaving aggressiveness. You can dial from 1 to 5 with half steps thus giving you a 10-step scale from mild to aggressive. Adjustable safety razors are very versatile tools and preferred by both beginners and experienced users. They can be combined with any double edge razor blades and whether you have a normal or sensitive skin it’s guaranteed you can find a suitable setting.
Parker Variant SC is a solid brass razor, with a good heft in the hand, perfectly balanced and made with high quality standards. In terms of build quality, it’s no different than German made razors.
Variant SC has a well knurled handle for secure handling, hold the blade perfectly, and shaves like a dream. Comes in satin chrome plated or etched black versions like this. Parker has improved the build quality by etching the handle for black color, thus it will hold its color without a problem. We highly recommend it.
